Please use jelly jars. Pints or quarts

Jams and Jellies must be processed in boiling water bath.

Paraffin is no longer recommended to use in sealing Jelly Jars and Paraffin WILL NOT be accepted.

Standard Canning (Mason-type) Jars must be used.

All other Jar types will be refused.

Zinc Lids with rubber rings are not acceptable.

Submit entries with both pieces of the 2-piece screw band lids and rings.

$6 Awarded to the Exhibitor winning greatest number of first place premiums in Canning Classes. If two or more Exhibitors receive the same number of first place premiums, the Exhibitor winning the greatest number of first and second place premiums will be declared the Winner.
